1A1 Management & Coordination

A1.1.Grant Agreement Signing – Applicant signs the grant contract with National Agency followed by signing an agreement with each partner. FAR - each partner Agreement is concluded during the kick off meeting (M1at Bucharest).FAR
2M2M1- Bucharest 30-31.11.18Coordination Panel (CP) consisting of the project coordinator of each partner organization (NCDP, CFHE, ACE-ES Romania, CESUR and EASPD) is formed. It has following roles: to support FAR Project Manager&provide advice during implementation, ensure delivery of all Intellectual Otputs in terms of quantity&quality and achievement of project outcomes.
Project Communication procedure is established which includes tools, templates, responsabilities – FAR and all partners
Project Work Plan (PWP) comprises transnational meetings, phases of the IO1, IO2, IO3, IO4, IO5 development with intermediate control milestones; Learning/Teaching/Training Activity; Multiplier Events; M&E stages, including preparation of Interim and Final Report for National Agency - FAR and all partners
Financial coordination and reporting guidelines in accordance with the provision of Erasmus+ Program - financial rules being applied according to Programme Guide 2018 and National Agency regulations; format of financial reports; specific Interim and Final report requirements from a financial point of view to be prepared for National Agency - FAR and all partners
3A2. Project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

At project level, the lead partner of this activity is CESUR due to its extended experience in Erasmus+ projects but with shared roles&specific tasks among all partnersa Monitoring and Evaluation Plan is developed and implemented, also quality guidelines and various templates/forms to be used by all partners. A M&E expert is appointed in each organization having experience&skills required to carry out such activities
4A3. Dissemination& Exploitation Activitya) Dissemination activities• internally (within consortium as well as within each partner taking into consideration that most of the partners are organizations made up of different associate/institutional members – FAR, NCDP, CFHE, EASPD);
• externally to the target groups, stakeholders, community etc. including the networks and organizations at national and european level that some of the partners are part of.CFHE is the partner responsible for this activity due to its communication and dissemination experience in its own organization, consisting of more than forty national organizations and due to its expertise in using complex promotion means as newsletters and working groups. Each partner has to do also its own specific actions.
•EASPD leads dissemination activities at European level having extended connections and members in european countries
b) Exploitation activities• developed to ensure maintenance and further development of the outputs so that benefits of the project will endure beyond the lifetime of this project. ACE-ES Romania is in charge with monitoring these activities due its experience in Erasmus+ projects.Each partner has also to do its own specific actions.
• developing the project logo, templates for official project documents with mandatory logos. The template will be customized for all kinds such as press releases, presentations, announcements etc.
• identifying the best media partners to advertise the announcements and press releases of the project

A virtual resources bank with 5 practical resources based on INTERDISCIPLINARITY to raise the quality of educators&other practitioners initiatives&services to be highly adapted to specific needs of adults with disabilities. (IO1)

„Design Thinking Human-Centered” (DT)Training. It is a logical step to enhance the core element (Resource 1/O1) of what means the supply of high quality learning opportunities tailored to the needs of disabled adults.

Work Package 1Pilote and validate ”Design Thinking Human-Centered” (DT) guide- In each country it is organized a focus group (1 day/4 hours), at least 8 participants (educators, trainers etc) including those who participated on C1, are invited to get qualitative imputs on guide. One of the participants to C1 will be organizer&facilitator of each country piloting session.

Support manual for educators, mentors, vocational counselors
a) READY Pack 1 – Ready4Soft Skills - practical models&support tools for personal& professional development of adults with disabilities to be better prepared for jobs in terms of Soft Skills.
b) READY Pack 2 – Ready4Social Entrepreneurship – practical models&support tools for stimulating entrepreneurial mindset&skills of adults with disabilities as ”change makers”.

READY Boardgame
Work Package 2
An innovative pedagogical online game to be used by educators/mentors in their work with disabled adults for practical learning of starting a social enterprise. It is tightly bound to manual (Pack 2). Game aim is allowing to participants to understand opportunities&difficulties and also to practice main phases in developing a social business in a creative & funny manner.
